Strata is designed to keep your data as private as possible. Conversations are stored locally, and the product is built around working inside your local workspace rather than shipping files into a separate hosted document system.
A limited set of product telemetry is collected to measure usage and improve reliability. Contents of prompts or files are not stored.
LLM Provider Handling
Strata is built with a consistent philosophy of end-to-end zero data retention. This philosophy extends to our model inference providers, which do not store prompts or data. Metadata is only logged for billing and usage tracking.
