Strata
Strata is an AI-native workspace for modern finance. It is built for spreadsheet-heavy work that moves across workbooks, support files, source documents, and reviewable changes rather than staying trapped inside one grid.
The product is not just a read-only assistant layered on top of a workbook. It combines a local workspace, document tabs, a spreadsheet editor, PDF viewing, and agent chat in one environment so analysis and execution can happen in the same place.
Workspace
A single workbook usually does not contain all of the context behind the work. Strata starts from the workspace: a local folder where you and the agent can view and operate across spreadsheets, PDFs, and subfolders together.
That gives the model a broader picture of the job at hand and gives you a cleaner mental model too. Instead of asking the agent to reason from one isolated file, you can keep the relevant supporting material in scope.
Editor
The editor is where spreadsheet work actually happens, and is a fully functioning spreadsheet editor. That means cells, formulas, ranges, and sheet structure. In PDF tabs, that means reading and referencing source material without leaving the workspace.
This is also where Strata becomes more than a chat surface: the editor is the place where proposed changes can be inspected in context instead of described abstractly.
Agent Chat
Agent chat lives alongside the editor rather than outside it. That lets you ask questions, reference workspace files, inspect model logic, and request edits while staying grounded in the open workspace.
The chat experience is designed to support real follow-up work too. You can ask for an explanation, point the agent to a different tab or source file, then keep iterating until the result is right.
