Send product feedback with the feedback button in the top right of Strata. This is the best place to send any general feedback, including bugs, paper cuts, or suggestions. Only the text is shared with us; no information about the agent chat or workspace is included.
Assistant Messages
If an assistant response is unhelpful, incorrect, or just not what you expected, users can leave feedback directly for that message. This is the fastest way to flag issues with specific model behavior because it keeps the feedback attached to the exact response it came from.
We check message feedback every day and use it to improve response quality, product defaults, and follow-up behavior over time.
